Nova Scotia’s South Shore releases the 2019 Calendar of Events and Festivals!

What an eventful year 2018 was on the South Shore!

Our Christmas Crawl might be all WRAPPED up for another year but not without a lot of festive days and twinkling nights. People all along the South Shore of Nova Scotia, from near and far, were out watching parades, cutting the perfect Christmas Tree, lighting Lobster Pot Trees and Vessels, attending Christmas craft markets and home tours, listening to live music, shopping in our quaint towns, feasting on fresh Atlantic Lobster and so much more. Thank you to everyone who participated and attended, you continue to make our annual holiday event a successful one!

With 2019 underway, we invite you to plan ahead for your visit to Nova Scotia this year!

We have a variety of festivals and events during the year, with something for everyone. You will have ample opportunities to dine on authentic Nova Scotia food, craft beer & wine, hike at Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site or surf along our rugged coastline, listen to traditional folk music, or visit the private island of Oak Island, just to name a few.
